Mai Po H5N1 closure policy change
WWF-Hong Kong welcomes the newly relaxed guideline for restrictions on public access to the Mai Po Nature Reserve upon detection of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus. The new guideline was passed by Legislative Council Panel on Food & Environmental Hygiene on 9 November 2010 and they take immediate effect.
