Mr. Tai,
You are right and I was shocked for that.
I found that there were a bird wave and one Asian paradise flycatcher was inside.
But obviously, another paradise flycatcher with very dark back and head color was also there.
With no photo, I cannot say it must be a JPF, but most probably it could be.

A rather quiet morning, walked the full length of the Blue walk with nothing but Grey-cheeked Fulvettas!! After that epic failure, I decided to try my luck at the Brown walk and encountered a small bird wave.

Migrants today included:
Japanese Paradise Flycatcher
Eastern Crowned Warbler x2
Pale-legged Leaf Warbler x3
Arctic Warbler (sp.)
Asian Brown Flycatcher
Most of these were in a single good flock along the blue walk. Also in the flock I had a brief glimpse of a blue flycatcher which had a pale buff-orange breast and may have been a Blue-throated. Unfortunately I did not see enough to be sure of ID.
The biggest surprise was an Oriental Reed Warbler in the gardens along the access road. Not a species I would associate with TPK!

Dear all
From P K's bird list it seems that Greenish warblers are now widespread but scarce all over HK's forested areas
Shing Mun/Lead Mine Pass (seen by me), TPK (P K) and one at Chi Ma Wan, Lantau (per Richard's English birdline).
One was also seen earlier on Po Toi by Geoff.
