Yes, but does not look like a first yr juv. Judging from the % of the white on wings, it looks like a 3 to 4 yr old bird.
I mean the young bird on figure 2 and 3

The first photo is probably a 3rd year bird.
But second photo involves a juvenile and an adult - most likely parent and son.
The juvenile is just born this year - may be from the nest in southern HK Island.
