About 30 joined the TPK outing last Sunday. It was a lovely day, mild sun and cool. However, birds were not plenty at all. Chinese Bulbul and White-eye were not that common. The best bird is a Dark-sided Flycatcher, and the next best is a distinct Verditar Flycatcher. Other birds such as Grey-headed Flycatcher, Pygmy Wren Babbler, and Asian Stubtail were frastrutingly difficult to see. Totally 34 species were recorded.
