The Glaucous Gull was in view though always distant from 1400-1600 from TBT. I am happy for a HK tick but not the most exciting gull for birders originating from North America. I would have much preferred the Pallas's Gull seen earlier in the month. Mike's photos from Maipo were much better than would be possible from TBT.
Also present:
1 Black-tailed Gull
3 Greater Scaup
30 Greater Crested Grebe
35 Chinese Grosbeak (flyover, the only large group of grosbeaks I have seen this winter)
