Red-whiskered bulbul the builder
A pair of red-whiskered bulbuls perched on a branch at Tai Po Kau Park in the morning of February 18th. The bulbul on the right boosted her breast and sang out bul-bul wi-ti-wet. The bulbul on the left followed the melodic whistle by swaying and bowing her head. She kept her beak sealed for not dropping a bundle of fine twigs collected earlier. They are a merry couple pronouncing their nesting in the early spring.
