This is a Grey Wagtail: broad pale edges to the tertials, the very long tail, and the pale grey upperparts with no darker area on the nape/mantle.

灰鶺鴒尾羽特長, 黃鶺鴒則短很多, 另外有人話黃鶺鴒眼對上的'眼眉'一定是黃色的.
