Pale Blue Flycather or Verditer Flycatcher?

Is this a Verditer Flycatcher or Pale Blue Flycatcher? The body is quite grey instead of blue or green. The lore is black. I guess that this is Pale Blue Flycatcher, but it is not common in HK's list.
