The greatest attraction of Song Tra NR is undoubtedly the 5-coloured Red-shanked Douc, generally described as the most beautiful one among all primates. It is listed as Critically Endangered in the IUCN list.
At first, we met this Assamese Macaque on our way up the mountain.
