邊境禁區107閘鐵橋維修工程 Gate 107 metal bridge repair work
[size=4]邊境禁區107閘外連接浮橋的鐵橋，建於1980年代，WWF一直進行維護及保養，以供觀鳥者及訪客使用。近年需維修的次數日趨頻密，主要支架亦非常老舊，因此須進行大型整修，以確保安全。工程將於7月31日至8月11日進行，工程期間浮橋及所有泥灘觀鳥屋將暫停開放(見圖紅色部份)。
本會將盡力確保工程在上述兩星期內完成，以減低對觀鳥者及研究人員的影響。對閣下構成不便，本會謹此致歉。如欲查詢進一步資料，請聯絡米埔辦公室：2471-6212。
The metal bridge leading to the floating boardwalk outside Gate 107 was built in 1980s. WWF has maintained and repair the bridge over the years. However, repairs have become substantial in recent years and the main structure is now showing signs of decay. The bridge is in need of urgent repair if it is to remain safe and usable. Therefore, the bridge will be under major revamp this summer from 31 July until 11 August. The floating boardwalks and all floating hides will be closed during that period (see the map in Red).
WWF will try our best to ensure that the revamp will complete within the above 2 weeks period to minimise impact to birdwatchers and researchers. 以上的維修工作已完成，浮橋現已回復開放。
The above work is now completed and the floating boardwalk is reopened as normal.
