Rufous-tailed Robin - Lamma
My first thrush of the season..... and 3 weeks earlier than last season..... one of 2 that turned up in low light at the back end of the afternoon..... was very nervous, but will settle down soon enough...

This RUFOUS-TAILED ROBIN came to the pond late afternoon....
WIKI - "This is an elusive bird and difficult to spot as it lurks among concealing branches, remaining stationary for considerable periods."
BIRDS OF HK - "Scarce & widespread"
Which seems a little contrary to my experience.... in previous years have had up to 10 visit the pond during the course of a single day..
