係咪比人染咗色 ?

saw this bird this afternoon, hard to imagine there is one such bird here in HK, it walked around with no constrain, I wonder if the color is artificial, if the color were artificial, what bird is it?

It's a purple swamphen but it is considered as an escaped bird.
