Hi!
Nice photo! Do you have any photos shown another leg? If there is color ring on the left leg, it maybe a bird ringed for our fishpond egret tracking project. If there is an only metal ring on the right legs, the birds may ringed by the bird ringing group at Mai Po Nature Reserve.

Only have two more but not showing the lower part of the left leg. Attached
