Saw a group of raptors enjoying the thermal drafts this late morning. One of them wasn't a Black Kite.

Rechecking guidebooks and recent conversations on Bird World Hong Kong about Besra vs Crested Goshawk, I think from the wing shape, the white fluffy legs, and the middle two tail feathers sticking out a bit longer than the rest, I'm going to say this is a Crested Goshawk.
