CNY Trip into China - Siberian Cranes
Hi - -
I am hoping someone can help me. My family and are interested in going to the (Poyang Hu lake area - is this the right place?) to see Siberian Cranes over the Chinese New Year.
1) Is this possible?
2) Where do I fly into?
3) Any accommodation ideas?
4) I assume I would need a guide?

Should be simple. Contact "Lo Lin" the driver and the bird guide. Are you a member of the society? Contact HKBWS office for information.

I found the location to go. Just need to start planning.
I read in a post from yesterday that the following was seen:
Siberian Crane - 422 involving 43 juveniles ( 158+37+48+101+5+73)
Common Crane - 111 (30+4+39+19+5+2+12)
Hooded Crane - 80 (2+16+18+37+7)
I am hoping for this at the end of January!
