Dear Sze,

I find that there are pages with blank space near the top. I try different PCs to download and view the files with the same result. Please check if there is problem in generating the pdf files.
2003: pages 5, 7 & 8
2004: pages 5, 6, 7 & 8
2005: pages 8, 11 &12
2006: pages 5, 6 & 11
2007: pages 5, 9 & 10
2008: pages 5, 9, 10 & 11
Besides, please consider repeat title for table appear at more than one page so that it is more easy to read.
