An excellent day for bird in TBT and other sites

An excellent day for bird in TBT and other sites

Yesterday afternoon I visit TBT (Sha Kiu and Mong Tseng Hills), and I saw some very good birds, including a Pied Harrier (photo attached in the thread of the Mai Po Pied Harrier), a Forest Wagtail, and a Eurasian Hobby (brief view, I hope it is not an Amur Falcon female/juvenile).

I checked the Birdline that night, and was surprised to find that there were many good birds around, at almost all the important sites in HK. So it seems like we got a very good influx of bird to HK in the week end. Migration is a tricky thing to monitoring, because we get a lot more birdwatching going out over the week end.
