如題，想輕身少少但quality 又唔太差。麻煩大家請教下

NEX 6 = Alpha 6000?

I have tried Sony 70-300 mm/4.5-5.6 G lens. The result is not very good as I am very bad about focusing fast objects with my alpha 6000. May need more practices

They are different models. A6000 is more advance than NEX 6.
Seriously there are not many choices in the market. I was looking 55-210mm, the quality isn't too good, but very lightweight.

Just wonder if there are any options.

For bird photography using Sony NEX6, suggset you try 70-400mm G2 lens: http://www.sony.com.hk/zh/electronics/camera-lenses/sal70400g2.  You need an A-mount to E-mount lens adapter for connecting the lens to NEX6: http://www.sony.com.hk/zh/electr ... unt-adapters/la-ea4
I used this combination about three years ago and the quality of bird (including bird-in-flight) photos was quite okay, except that the focusing was not always sharp.  I ended up using manual focusing to improve the quality.
