the lack of pale area at the base of the lower mandible and the quite poor color difference between breast and belly makes this bird more likely a Rufous-bellied Niltava.

All the best,

Jonathan

Thanks, Jonathan!
A great suprise for me.

Still looks to me like a Fujian. There is some contrast between the breast and the belly colours.

to add to it, we saw several thrushes:
Pale Thrush x1
Japanese Thrush x2 (M+F)
Grey-backed Thrush x3 (F)
Chinese Blackbird x1
and heard
Grey-headed Canary Flycatcher.

A single male Blue Rock Thrush was seen around 1600h there. Anyway, Kings Park is a great place for observating the migrating birds.
And, just a warmest reminder - please ensure your personal safety, when you stay in the areas especially weekday, early morning and evening.

Good Birding all & enjoy!!

Cheers,
Simon
