Has anyone tested or does anyone own the Nikon 82ED+FSA-L1+a NikonDSLR??

I can't find any photos with this equipment.

i've got the setup like this:
Nikon82ED + FSA-L1 adaptor + D200

here's a few original pics i've taken earlier using the above setup

i haven't tested the setup thoroughly but from my brief experience with it it's really difficult to focus and you'll be limited to small aperture.

hope u find the above useful.  will post some more later.

some more pics here.  got no birds out of my window so pls bear with the buildings and laundry.

pls note that i used ISO400 and self-timer or otherwise the images would be smudges.  with the aperture limited to F13 the largest, unless it's a fine sunny day, it'd be difficult to get an image not blurred by vibrations.

FYI, the subjects were approx. 200m away.

Your photos are not so good to me, blurred and not detailed.
It is not as good as Digiscope with DC.
Would you post closer images, about 30m or less?
On the other hand, please post or link small size photos, e.g. 640 or 800 resolution for ease of viewing.
Thx

Digiscoping with a DSLR

I have now bought a Swarovski 80HD and an adaptor TLS for my Nikon D200 and Fuji S5 Pro.

tbob is using the same adaptor on his Canon 400D:

Need some practice but of course it is different from a DC adapted on the scope.
I'm searching for a Nikon 8400 or a Ricoh GX 100, but haven't maked up my mind yet.
