It's a female stonechat.
Grey Bushchat is slightly longer-tailed, making the bird appear longer and slimmer. In comparison stonechats look quite plump and short-tailed.
The tail has slightly more reddish-brown at the sides than on this bird. The bushchat is also a little plainer and less streaked above.
