Unsure Eastern Marsh Harrier

Digiscoped from the Deep Bay hide on Monday.  It was about 300 meters away.  Could it be an Eastern Marsh Harrier?  Neil.

Mai Po Nature Reserve,
Hong Kong,
China.

Nikon CP8400 plus Swarovski STS80HD scope and Sw30x eyepiece and DCA adapter.
