Any idea? photo taken at 10:00 am. The bird just sits on a pile of dead branch.

I also saw this (3 in total) on the same day in LV in the afternoon and evening. Moreover, 3 little buntings were there very close to the yellow-breasted and all of them were busy eating.

I also saw one in the morning, busy feeding at close by bush.
