With most bird watchers today having a smart phone, do you think the society could commission somebody to produce a Hong Kong Bird Watching App. The app could have a hotline feature, for the reporting of rare birds. It could also have the tide forecast at Mai Po (Tsim Bei Tsui) and society events.
