First time to Mai Po broad walk hide yesterday and saw this scene. Is this legal.

No this is not legal, it's been a problem for a long time at Deep Bay. They are always quicker then the police.

Can we not photograph them and then send the mugshots to the police?

1)落馬洲警署報告室：2471 8200，及；
(2)米埔漁護署自然護理員辦事處：2471 4411 或親臨自然護理員辦事處報告。

如情況嚴重，請致電999聯絡警方。
