This year water level at Poyang Lake dropped a lot & so cranes/geese were more concentrated in some parts of the lake.
Siberian Crane 白鶴
We estimated that there were over 1,300 nos of Siberian Crane in this area. (According to the International Crane Foundation, the population of Siberian Crane is between 2,900 to 3,000 and the trend is rapid declining)

Some views of the lake :

At the front were Swan Geese 鴻雁 , behind the gooses were Tundra Swans 小天鵝 & Oriental Storks 東方白鸛 were far behind.

Northern Lapwing 鳳頭麥雞

Finally, a little story between the Swan Goose & the Spot-billed Duck.
The goose wanted to make friends with the duck but was rejected. The duck entered water again and the goose followed behind.
The duck swam much faster than the goose & soon disappeared; the goose called loudly in the water behind but got no response !
