Yes, very close by.  You can enter the area from any side.  

Also, it is very close to the bird market, there must be lots of escapes.

Thanks for posting this John. I've seen the hill recently as I've been going to Fa Hui Park and had wondered what might occur there. Nice to see someone is watching this patch.
