Does anyone know what the incubation period is for a Chinese Bulbul?

A pair decided to build a nest in a pot plant in my back garden - very convenient for daily observations! Yesterday there was 1 egg, this morning the bird was sitting on the nest, watching me very closely as I came out to see how things were. When might I expect to hear little cheeping sounds?

According to Birds of China (in Chinese):

Hatch in 11 to 13 days
Fledge in another 12 to 14 days
Further parental care for 5 to 7 days more

If not too trouble, it's worth to make a record for its breeding period.
To see if there are any different.
