Of the three Peregrines from the Ferry, we saw an obvious migrant Peregrine flying low and fast over the water due north-east last Thursday and photos indicate it was an ssp japonicus or calidus migrating back to the far north. Author: wcaptain Time: 31/03/2017 10:04

Yesterday, there is also a nice Blue Rock Thrush (sub-species pandoo) near the pier. And other birders find an Eurasian Hoopoe and a Ashy Minivet on the island.
