2017-May-18, afternoon, The Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre, Kowloon Park.

From the size, it looks like a bush warbler.
The throat is very white with some fine grey streak pattern (my camera is not good enough to show this details).
It didn't give any call.

It's an Oriental Reed Warbler. Quite a good record from this urban location.
