Late molt or unusually marked
Seen LV 18th of October.
Is this a Eurasian tree sparrow that is still molting or a light marked bird. I saw one in LV last year but this is the best view I've had.

Yes, it's a Tree Sparrow. Some of the feathers are not producing pigment, which is why they are white. This may be caused by genetic changes or by a diet lacking certain nutrients.
