I'd say Eastern Crowned Warbler even without seeing the crown, very pale whitish underparts with yellowish vents, also clean lower mendible that is uniformly orange. Bill shape also quite long. Author: derekhon2 Time: 6/11/2017 11:36

Arctic Warbler will have much darker lower mendible, they also lack the yellowish vents.
