a very pale  wagtail @ San Tin. Is it just a washed out ocularis or lugens (lots of white on the forecrown?
All thoughts welcome.

Could just be an ocularis but the throat and forecrown seem too white and could be a vagrant lugens.

It seems fine for ocularis to me. The eyestripe looks absolutely typical for ocularis - very narrow along the entire length, not broadening behind the eye - and it looks like the entire upperparts are grey, including the rump. I think the grey nape and crown would also be unusual for lugens.
