The ringed bird is a juvenile Spotted Dove, rather than an Oriental Turtle Dove (the other bird is Oriental Turtle Dove).
Hopefully someone can provide more about the individual and when it was ringed.

Great finding!
The juvenile Spotted Dove should be CL00680 ringed in Long Valley just this autumn (15 Nov).
