The combination works in LV, i.e. birds in open field. It is slower than using Canon Cameras but the focus is "more accurate" than my 7D2! It will help to improve the speed of focus if the subject is bring to near focus manually first and then by pressing the camera shutter button half way for accurate auto focus.
The combination will not work when the subject is surrounded by leaves such as in forest birds in Tai Po Kau. Author: thebirdguy Time: 9/02/2018 11:39
