Quite surprised to see this BLUE WHISTLING THRUSH visit the pond intermittently over the course of an hour with the tail of a snake hanging from its beak.. apparently are known to eat mice & small birds as well...

Thanks David... but not hard when it wanders around in front of me for an hour or so... returned an hour later, & whilst I have 2 BWT at the pond daily, think I saw the same bird fleetingly with an empty beak (slightly different gait)... it seemed in a little distress earlier, but there was no way I could help it out Author: mguy Time: 19/02/2018 16:57
Both BWT came in at the same time today.... both were snakeless.... so assume all is good
