A Peregrine was expelled by 2 to 3 black kites

The falcon is a Peregrine rather than a Hobby.

John, would you please tell me how to distinguish?
Some CHing told me it was a Peregrine and other said it was a Hobby judging on the lines pattern and the black mark on the face.
