Yes, Lanceolated Warbler.
I find it surprising how often these seem to be reported inside buildings.

Thx for ID!

The building is near a park where the habitats may be suitable.
However, there are a number of cats around.

The birds left the building when I wanted to check it. So I think it is not hurt.
