sorry for poor quality due to distance.I can't match the flag. It looks E29 but colors are not matching.

Thanks for your report.
This is E29 indeed.
Some individuals ringed as E__ has their colour of colour rings faded out.
For example, E26 is originally Red-Blue-Yellow, but now appears as White-Blue-White.

Lucky for me, I met E29 in 16-Nov-2013, and now it is my second record with E29.
