Is the Tai Po Kau car park near the CHUNG TSAI YUEN (松仔園) bus station?

You are right. The bus stop is located at CHUNG TSAI YUEN (松仔園) and near the Tai Po Kau car park.
You can search the website of Kowloon Motor Bus for searching the bus route for detail.
