I agree with KK's suggestion. Perhaps, add a little bit of B(blue) and M(magenta) may also help. It appears a bit yellow/green in my monitor.

This is my repost. You should achieve a much better result with your original file though ...
What's done: adjusted contrast and mid-tone using Levels, damped down the over exposed perch/rock using Curves, added slight saturation, removed the color cast, NR to bg and selective sharpened subject. That's it!
