Last Wed, I've seen 2 of them over Tolo Channel near Fung Wong Wat (not sure if it's juvenile or not, for they're so high up whereas my binoculars are so poor).. Some months ago, I saw one near Tap Mun pier while sailing a dinghy but didn't have any camera at hand.
