Four fishmen row a boat from HKBWS hut to the new hut and then one fishmen return...

So where were the other three? Gone shopping in Hong Kong, for big scopes perhaps?
Where is the Marine Police?

I would now think twice before going to the new hide alone for safety reasons!!!
