[Oversea] Great Knot uplisted to Vulnerable

The Red List status for Great Knot was upgraded to Vulnerable in 2010, along with Eastern Curlew. These species are declining largely due to the filling of coastal wetlands and mudflats around the Yellow Sea, especially the reclamation of Saemangum in Korea.

On a more positive note, the latest Red List decisions including the downgrading of Baikal Teal from Vulnerable to Least Concern.
