1 Black Bittern (flying over pond 16/17)
5 Black-faced Spoonbill (pond 16/17)
1 Osprey (pond 20)

I heard someone saw the Oriental Stork at Pond 3.

Additionally there were a pack of 4 dogs swimming in Pond 16/17 and chasing the Stilts and Egrets. This seems like unnecessary disturbance to the wildlife especially during breeding season. Is there any way to prevent this?
