other pictures would be welcome but to me it looks like Two-barred Warbler rather than Arctic, based on leg color, super reaching bill base, very poorly marked lower mandible and wing projection that looks rather short from what can be seen.

certainly Two-barred Warbler.  A worn adult, and as such the median covert wing bar is abraded.
