Hi Dennis,

Beginner myself so I know how difficult it can be making identification sometimes. Struggling through a bunch of bunting photos at the moment.

So here goes:

1) Grey Wagtail
2) Common Sandpiper
3) Unsure but going for Ölive-backed Pipit
4) White Wagtail [leucopsis]
5) Eurasian Tree Sparrow
6) Plain Prinia
7) Eastern Yellow Wagtail
8) White Wagtail [Leucopsis]
9) Zitting Cisticola
10) Red-flanked Bluetail
11) Stejneger's Stonechat
12) Oriental Turtle Dove
13) Stejneger's Stonechat
14) Olive-backed Pipit

Hope this helps!

Andrew

Agreed except for the Cisticola (9), which should be Golden-headed. The pipits look fine for olive backed.

I agree with Andrew's ID's, including the cisticola, which I'm sure is a Zitting - e.g. the back has strong rufous (not grey) tones with pale 'braces', the supercilium is quite well-marked and pale, and the tail has white tips.

Agree, it helps me a lot to identify them, but it is difficult to me (beginner) even with the app
