Digiscoping with the Canon G6

Digiscoping with the Canon G6

I was walking past a camera shop in TST today (not much else to do in this weather ) and I saw a Canon G6 in the window. I rushed in to check the price as I wanted to try it out as a digiscoping camera as I have had good results with the A640 and wanted Raw and the fast lens (f2 - 3.0 ) , lower noise and Focus Bracketting.
The lens is very different to the A640 lens so is more difficult to set up.  Once again the Scopetronix Maxview 40 did the best job but the Televue 32 mm Plossl will also work at longer zoom ranges.
I haven't had it outside yet but here are the test images on the Scopetronix eyepiece shooting at iso 50 and RAW using the Self-timer. The G6 lens was at 11 mm,20mm and 28.8 mm for these. They have been adjusted in CS2.
