The metal ring looks quite fresh. We did recently ringed a Redshank in Sep-2022 with ring number ended with "12". We did not put flag on it that night as the bird has slight injury on its leg.

This is likely that individual. If it is, good to see it is doing well.

Thank you for reporting DXA1412 again.

It is a 1st winter bird, so is likely to be over-summering in Deep Bay without migrating to the north this year.

Very good to see it is doing ok even with the old injury on its foot.
