Is it a White Wagtail? But it is yellowish between the beak and the eyes. Pattern of its wings is different from that in book.

This ia a White Wagtail of the race leucopsis. Thisis the commonest race inHong Kong and can be seen all year.
Sometimes birds become discoloured around the face from feeding in places which are a little dirty. This is the only wagtail with an all white face and black spot on the breast.
